I’ll be the first to say, this quarantine has been a STRUGGLE to stay motivated while the gyms are closed!

Literally, you see in the picture above, those tiny dumbbells, are all the equipment (plus my jump rope) I have. Luckily my gym was allowing us to sign equipment out, but I really never did just because I improvised with a lot of things in my garage, not kidding, I used gallons of coolant at one point.

Not gonna lie, there were a couple of weeks where I just did not workout. Cuz ya know, people deal with shit. So I was not motivated whatsoever to do anything.

Maybe it didn’t help with my physical health, but it helped with my mental health to just take a step back and get myself back to saying, “Hey this isn’t ok, get up and just go. Push.”

So it doesn’t matter how much time passes, or what you need to do to reset, just keep going! Push through whatever you’re going through, it will pass!
