Ever feel stuck on what you should be telling yourself on the daily?
Don’t worry, I was the same way. Still am some days.
It is awkward at first thinking you have to look at yourself in a mirror and confidently tell yourself that you are worthy, or whatever compliment it may be.
BUT! The more you do it, your confidence will only go up and believe in yourself and your worth!

I suggest you think about what you think your flaws are or the doubts you have about yourself, that way you can turn them around and start to actually believe the opposite. That you are beautiful, you are smart, you are worthy.
